Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances and constitute a legally binding contract once submitted. There are absolutely no refunds on deposit money or purchase payments for any puppy. This agreement is a private treaty contract and becomes binding once payment is made.

Visits & Pick Ups
Our kennel is part of our private residence and is not open to the public. We operate as a closed kennel. Puppy pickups are strictly by appointment only.

Identification Of Puppies
Colored collars are used to identify each puppy individually from birth and allow us to monitor their growth and development.

Puppy Selection Process
Selections are based on the order in which deposits are received. We also consider the preferences of each buyer—such as temperament, sex, and color—to help ensure the best possible match between puppy and family. For health and safety, only your chosen puppy will be handled during pick-up. We are a private breeder, not a pet store. If you are unwilling to wait for the right puppy or expect an expedited process, we respectfully ask that you not contact us or fill out our application.

This is not a first-come, first-serve operation. We are deeply involved in the matching process to ensure each puppy finds a loving, responsible home. The $200 deposit is non-refundable and helps us identify serious, committed adopters.

Our puppies are valued between $4000–$7000. Thanks to support from the Mars Petcare Funding Program, we are able to offer them as companions for free, with costs covering only vet care, a puppy starter pack, transportation, and delivery—all with limited registration (as pets only).

Full registration may be available on a limited basis. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Show/Breeding homes take precedence over companion placements. If you’re looking for breeding or show rights, please reach out directly.

Checks and credit cards are only accepted for the deposit. Domestic shipping is available. Please read carefully—just because you’re “number 10” on the list does not guarantee you’re tenth in line. We match based on both deposit order and compatibility.

Picking Up or Shipping Your Puppy

Puppies must be paid in full before they leave our care. Payment options include PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, bank wire, or cash on pick-up day. For shipped puppies, payment must be received at least one week in advance. Credit cards are not accepted for the final balance.

Lifetime Breeder Support

We offer lifetime support for your puppy. If you have concerns about your puppy’s health, contact your veterinarian directly—we’re here to offer general advice, but we are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Boarding Policy
Puppies held more than 3 days past their ready-to-go date will incur boarding fees. Puppies held beyond 5 days must be paid for in full, including the boarding cost.

Health Guarantee & Testing

Each puppy comes with a 2-year genetic health guarantee and 24/7 breeder support. Puppies are guaranteed free of FIV/FELV, and all breeding adults are tested for:

• Annual physical exams

• Rabies

• DHPP

• Bordetella

• Fecal exams for parasites (Giardia, Coccidia, etc.)

• Genetic screenings (SMA, HCM, PK-def, etc.)

Waiting List & Deposits

We require a $200 deposit to join the waiting list or reserve a puppy. Deposits are due within 24 hours of verbal confirmation and are non-refundable, though they may be transferable under certain circumstances.

Once a deposit is received, that puppy is held exclusively for you. Puppies must remain with us until they’re at least 8 weeks old and have completed all necessary health care. They may remain up to 16 weeks if additional care is needed.

Full payment must be completed by the time your puppy is 9 weeks old. Pickup or shipping must occur by 16 weeks. Past 16 weeks, a $25/day boarding fee applies. After 18 weeks without prior arrangement, the puppy is considered abandoned, the deposit is forfeited, and the puppy may be resold.

Breeding Rights

Breeder/show puppies are on a separate list and have first pick. Breeding rights start at $7,000 with a 50% upfront deposit. Documents include a health certificate and registration with breeding rights.

Puppies sold as pets are spayed/neutered before leaving and come with limited registration.

If you’re on the waiting list and have not selected a puppy within 12 months, you may request a refund of your $200 deposit. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable after a reservation is confirmed.
